How does this calculate months?: Months are calculated using actual calendar months, accounting for varying lengths (28-31 days). For example, Jan 15 to Feb 15 = 1 month exactly, regardless of whether it's 28 or 31 days.
Does it account for leap years?: Yes. The calculator uses actual calendar dates, so leap years are automatically handled. Feb 28 to Feb 28 the next year is always exactly 1 year (365 or 366 days).
What are total months vs calendar months?: Total months uses average month length (30.44 days) for a rough estimate. The main result shows exact calendar months and days for precision.
Can I calculate business days?: Currently this shows total days and weekend count. Subtract weekends from total days for an approximate business day count (excluding holidays).
