Frequently Asked Questions
- Does the world clock account for daylight saving time?
- Yes. The clock uses your browser's built-in timezone database (IANA), which automatically handles daylight saving time transitions.
- Why might the time be slightly different from my phone?
- The clock relies on your device's system time. If your computer's clock is off by a few seconds, the world clock will reflect that difference.
- How many cities can I track?
- You can display up to 12 cities simultaneously. Remove cities you don't need to make room for new ones.
- What do the sun and moon icons mean?
- ☀️ indicates daytime (6 AM–6 PM), 🌅 indicates evening (6 PM–9 PM), and 🌙 indicates nighttime (9 PM–6 AM) in that city.
